업무정의
InyourroleasPayrollSpecialist,youwillimplementpayrollpolicyinthemarketinlinewiththeCentreofExpertisestandardstosecureanexcellentco-workerexperience.
Youwill:
-Localizepayrollpolicies,concept,frameworks,approachandprocess(asdefinedbytheCentreofExpertiseandlocalizedbytheTotalRewardsmanager)andensuretheyareimplementedincountryinlinewithallregulatorycompliance
-Responsibleforcorrectmonthlypaymenttoco-workersinlinewithstandardoperationproceduresforpaymentandlocallegislations
-ProactivelycollectsandtransmitscountryspecificcompensationpackageneedstoTotalRewardsManager(COUNTRY)
-Monitorsthe(job)marketandtrendsinthecountryandfindthebestpracticeofharmonizinganddevelopingtheprovidedofferacrosstheorganizationtodesignpackagesthatmakeadifference.
-Monitorsthecostandusageofpayrollprograms,developsrecommendationsasappropriate,andnegotiatescostwithinsurancecarriers,vendors,brokers,andconsultantsifneededonlocallevel
-Trackthenationalpayrollbudgetintheorganizationandmanageexistingcompensationcomponentstokeepco-workerssatisfiedandtheriseofcostsmanageable.
-Consultandsupporttheorganizationonaflexibleup-to-daterewardsset-upthatmeetsmostco-workers'needs.
-Supportcomp.&ben.administrationtasksincludingmobilityarea.
