AstheSr.Manager,Financeyouwillplayanintegralroleinthefinancialleadershipforthebusinessyousupportandbeacriticalmemberoftheirleadershipteam.Youwillprovidefinancialsupporttodriveproductivityforaglobalteamandpartnerwithseniormanagementonkeydecisionmaking.YouwillcontributetothedevelopmentandexecutionoftheAnnualOperatingPlan(AOP)andplayanintegralpartinaligningtheteamgoalswithdivisionleadershipexpectations.Inadditionyouwill

Responsibilities
-Developandutilizeproactive,earlyindicatorreportingmetricstocommunicatefinancialriskoropportunitiestoseniormanagement
-Providefinancialoversightandleadershipforthebusiness,sharinginsightsthroughmonthly/quarterlyreportingatleadershipstaffmeetings
-DrivetheexecutionoftheAOPbytheaccountableteammembersviarobustbusinesspartnersupportandworldclassfinancialreporting
-Partnerwithkeystakeholderstosolicitfeedbacktodevelopandimplementsteplevelimprovementstoenhanceefficiencyandproductivityofreporting
-Improveontoolsutilizedbysitemanagementtorunbusiness;Recommendandimplementcorrectiveactions
-Leadbudgeting,forecasting,andfinancial/strategicplanningactivityforyourbusinesspartners
-Implementnewprogramsviacoachingandmentoringthatenhancethefinanceteammembersperformanceandorganizationalproductivity
-PerformROIfinancialanalysis/justificationsofprojects,utilizingadvancedfinancialmodelingtoensureappropriateresourceallocationandreturnon
-Workcloselywithregional/globalstakeholdersfrombothbusinessandfinance

Qualifications/Requirements
-AbovebachelordegreeinAccountingorFinance;MBAorCMA/CPA/CFApreferred,butNOTmandatory
-12+yearsofdirectexperienceinfinancialanalysis,reporting,andaccountingwith3+yearsleadershipexperiencewithinalarge,multinationalmatrixedorganization
-Abilitytoinfluenceandengageseniorbusinesspartners,peers,anddirect/indirectreports
-Excellentjudgmentandcreativeproblemsolvingskillsincludingnegotiationandconflictresolution
-Demonstratedsuccessattracting,recruiting,developingandretaininghigh-potentialtalent
-Exceptionalwrittenandoralcommunicationskills
-ExperiencewithERP(SAP,Hyperion)preferred
